The Undergraduate Evening Degree Completion program at the University of Washington is discontinuing four of its majors – communication, English, humanities and social sciences. All current Evening Degree students will be permitted to finish their degrees.
The last quarter for admission of new transfer students to these majors was autumn 2014. Returning UW Evening Degree students may be able to re-enroll in the program. For current cost information for the Evening Degree program, see the Costs & Financial Aid page.
The UW will continue to offer the Bachelor of Science in Health Informatics and Health Information Management as an evening program. For more details about this program and instructions on how to apply for the 2016–2017 academic year, see the HIHIM website.
Current students who need updated information about course offerings, major requirements and program costs should visit the Evening Degree registration portal. Note that available course options may be limited in future quarters.
